TEC Line
Tubing Encapsulated Conductor/Cable (TEC) is a specialized solution designed to deliver stable power and critical data to downhole gauges in oil, natural gas, and geothermal wells.
TEC uses welded metal tubing to protect electrical and optical components from the pressure and corrosive effects of the downhole environment.
Polymeric encapsulation provides additional mechanical protection. Its specialized construction ensures the peak performance when exposed to extreme pressure, high temperatures, and corrosive substances.

Downhole Monitoring
Power and data transmission for permanent pressure and temperature gauges.
Artificial Lift Systems
Critical power and control links for ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps) and gas lift operations.
Intelligent Completions
Remote actuation and real-time monitoring of Interval Control Valves (ICV).
Subsea Production
Reliable electrical interface for subsea trees, manifolds, and umbilical systems.
Fiber Optic (TEF)
Advanced Sensing Configuration
FIMT Architecture: Replaces traditional copper conductors with Fiber-In-Metal-Tube (TEF) technology, specifically engineered for DTS and DAS applications.
Continuous Monitoring: Incorporates precise Fiber Excess Length (FEL) control and hydrogen-scavenging gel to transform the line into a high-fidelity, real-time wellbore sensor.
Color Coding
Rapid Circuit Identification
Available in different colors, our encapsulated jackets allow for instant visual differentiation between hydraulic, chemical, and sensing lines. This eliminates routing errors in complex subsea manifolds or shipboard cable trays, significantly enhancing operational safety and reducing troubleshooting time during commissioning.
Integrated Ripcord
Tool-Free Quick-Strip Technology
Our advanced longitudinal ripcord allows field personnel to shear the robust polymer jacket with ease, eliminating the need for manual cutting tools. This “quick-strip” technology effectively prevents accidental surface scoring or mechanical nicks on the internal metallic tubes, ensuring the long-term integrity of the bare tubing while drastically lowering rig-floor assembly costs.
